As a leader, we have give ;Agenda : Support and pressure with the balance formulation.
Position : Decision Making!
Target : The minimum achievement for sustainable performance!
As a follower, we should ;
Agenda : Perform as a dynamic person.....
Point the catalyst of change to our self ( our real nature )
Position : Solve with our tools and real nature.
Target : Form the new culture for sustainable performance!
Thinking out of the box.......in any level!
